It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Open Settings in the game and tap RESTORE PURCHASES. That asks Apple for everything you have bought with your Apple Account and gives it back. It works on a new phone too. If it still does not appear, email us with the date of the purchase.
Apple handles all payments and all refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves, and we never see your payment details.
Scores, streaks and settings are saved on your phone — the game has no accounts and no cloud save. (Leaderboards in Game Center show your best scores, but they don’t restore your progress.) Progress moves to a new phone with an iPhone backup, and is lost if you delete the app. Purchases are the exception: RESTORE PURCHASES brings those back at any time.
The Supporter Pack in the shop removes the ads between runs and unlocks the Golden Wheel cutter. The optional ads you choose to watch, to continue a run or to peek at an order in the Daily Special, stay the same for everyone. Restarting after a failed run is always free.
